A confirmation email is sent to the provided email address. Please visit health.hawaii.gov/tb/tb-testing-locations-times for a nearest location for an assessment.
Make sure to provide the confirmation number as part of your check-in.
After you have created an account with the initial login, you will be prompted to answer if you are an existing client in the application process. You can link your existing clearance record by entering the information based on the existing paper clearance you have.
If you do not have a copy, you could still obtain a paper copy by visiting one of the TB locations. You can then link the record again for future access.
No. The system will always generate the last clearance issued based on your record.
